What is the best part of Thanksgiving?  The Turkey Carcass!  

MAKE SURE YOU SAVE THE CARCASS from your turkey and make stock!!

Homemade stock is delicious, nutritious, and simple to make! Using the meat bones and vegetable scraps you would normally throw away, it is a terrific way to reduce waste and get every last bite out of your ingredients!  

Both stovetop simmering or using the Instant pot work, so choose the method that works best for you! Watch the video to get a step by step tutorial with lots of helpful hints!
