Adding fresh herbs to your cooking is one of the best ways to improve flavor and add nutritional benefits. However, it is frustrating when you reach for a bunch of herbs, and they have become slimy and have to be tossed. Knowing how to properly wash and store your herbs will help you use them more and waste less. The same technique for herbs is also used for leafy greens like Kale, Swiss Chard, Spinach, and lettuce.
