One of the requests I receive most often is new ways to prepare vegetables so they taste good. I think they are usually wanting a specific recipe, but the truth is vegetables do best when you work with what you have and adjust as needed. Too many times we resort to just steaming which most times produces a soggy, not so tasty result. To make your vegetables taste great you need to bring out their natural flavors and sweetness. This is easily done by sauteing over medium-high heat. This method also provides the opportunity to add spices, herbs and other flavorings (maybe a splash of balsamic?). Check out the tips in the video and give it a try yourself. Let me know how it goes! Happy Cooking!!
