  1. I’m taking the 21 Day Challenge seriously and agree that getting good sleep helps is key to keeping up with all points of it.

    I’m getting serious about having lemon water each morning and upping water intake throughout each day. Moving more by getting in some walking each day, and am finding all of the above contribute to better sleep.

    Thanks to Cheryl and everyone for the encouragement and camaraderie!

    1. Amy – Thanks for the update! Yes, sleep is SO IMPORTANT yet it is one area (probably along with stress reduction) that we don’t focus on enough. Building awareness is a big reason why challenges like this work! – Cheryl
