About Bring on the Broccoli
NOTE: This course may be accessed by active cooking corner club members and individuals registers for the 10/22 Bring on the Broccoli Class.
As part of the cruciferous family, broccoli is a nutritional powerhouse! It is high in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It can be eaten raw, sauteed, roasted, pureed in soup, chopped into “rice”, or as a sprout or microgreen. This course will help you select, store, prepare and cook all types of broccoli to maximize flavor and nutritional benefits.
