About Nutrition 101: Knowledge is Power

This course is an introduction to nutrition concepts as they relate to the essential nutrients for life: macronutrients and micronutrients.  You will learn about the essential role of these nutrients in the diet, and the roles they play in achieving optimal health.  

You will also learn about food sources of quality macronutrients and micronutrients and how to build balanced meals and snacks that incorporate them.
