Trying to incorporate more seafood and their nutrients like Omega 3’s and lean protein in your diet, but the seafood case is intimidating? This course will cover the different varieties and harvesting methods (wild vs. farm-raised) as well as guidelines to help you make sustainable choices while demonstrating different preparation methods for roasting, sautéing, baking, and “oven frying”.
