About Real Food Real Results Summer 2023 Challenge
The key to REAL, LASTING HEALTH RESULTS is to EAT MORE REAL, WHOLE FOODS!
This challenge will inspire and guide you to:
- Cook more from scratch meals
- Reduce processed food and added sugars from your diet
- Increase your consumption of plants and fiber
- Prepare dishes that are simple, delicious, and nutritious
- Maximize the nutritional and healing value of your food
The Real Food, Real Results Summer Challenge includes:
- 12 weeks of seasonal whole food, plant-strong recipes, and how-to videos (3-5 per week)*
- 12 Coaching/Demonstration/Q&A sessions (Live via ZOOM on Tuesdays @ 11 am, recordings available)
- 3 Cook-Along Sessions (Live via ZOOM on Saturdays @ 9-11 am: 6/24, 7/29, 8/26) (recordings available)
- 3 Mini-Courses: Ditch the Deli, Homemade Condiments, and Nibbles & Mocktails (to be released 6/11, 7/9, and 8/13)
- Culinary and Nutrition Support from Mrs. Dornberg (via live sessions, email, and course comment section)
- Accessible via online portal with a new content released weekly
- Minimum 1-year access to program content
- (and a few extra surprises as we go along!)

As you start on the Real Food Real Results Challenge, it is important to set an intention, establish your goal(s), and brainstorm actions that will lead to results.
