Cabbage is often an underrated vegetable even though it is quite versatile and is a nutritional powerhouse.  In this course, you will learn about different types of cabbage, how to select, store, and cook (yes, there are recipes!) as well as learn all the great health benefits this cruciferous vegetable has to offer!

  1. Thanks for changing the format. It has certainly been helpful. I have to say that I’ve always disliked cabbage. As I watch your videos and I agree on the nutritional benefits, I have tried new things. I have to say, I love cabbage now that I’m roasting it. Thank you!

    1. Sue — so happy to see you stretched your familiar zone and found out you actually LIKE cabbage!! Too many times we get hung up on one preparation method or one experience we had and dig out heels in refusing to revisit the item in a different way. My mission and goal are to help make that stretching easier and attainable. I look forward to providing support and guidance to you as you continue to choose better, more nutritious foods!
