Looking for something "healthy" to serve at your BIG GAME party, but are afraid nobody will eat it? Give this upgraded Spinach artichoke dip a try! It was one of the FIRST recipes I shared when I started teaching 12 years ago, and has always been a student favorite!
This version uses a can of beans to ramp up the protein and nutritional content without sacrificing flavor! Unless you tell your guests, they won't even know they are in there!
In addition, the spinach and artichokes help to increase your vegetable intake which can be a challenge for many.
A word of caution, make sure you are careful what you serve WITH the dip! Instead of highly processed crackers or white bread crostini, choose organic corn tortilla chips, cut or roasted veggies, or another healthy options! OR just eat it on its own!! It is THAT GOOD!!
