Cooking Class: Savory Mushroom Gravy

Gravy is a holiday favorite, but it usually relies on pan drippings making it a last minute task and leading to an unpredictable outcome.

Instead of resorting to preservative and sodium filled premade options that usually don't taste very good, make a version that does not rely on drippings, but is just as delicious!

This technique allows you to prepare your gravy days in advance, reducing stress while providing a successful outcome!
