Looking for a healthy treat, snack, or fun summer breakfast?  

This frozen berry yogurt bark is the perfect choice!  Greek yogurt provides protein and healthy fat while the berries give you fiber and plenty of micronutrients and phytochemicals!  Add in pecans or another nut like walnuts or almonds for even more nutrient goodness!  

This may just become your new go-to frozen summer treat!

Although the recipe calls for a variety of berries, feel free to use whatever you prefer and is in season.
