CANCELLATION POLICY: All virtual class sales are final. No refunds or credits are available. If a class is canceled by Mrs. Dornberg's or is unable to proceed for technical or any other circumstance, a full refund will be issued.  

Mrs. Dornberg’s Culinary Experience reserves the right to cancel or modify classes and menus.

CLASS ACCESS:  All sessions will be conducted via Zoom. You will have the opportunity to watch Mrs. Dornberg in action and ask questions through chat (with demonstration sessions) or live (with cook-along sessions) as we go along. You will be provided via email with a zoom link, notes, and recipes at registration. If you do not receive it within 24 hours of the class start, please contact us. (Also, check your spam and promotion folders!) Mrs. Dornberg's is not responsible for undeliverable or unreceived emails.

NOTE: You will not need to register for a ZOOM account to join. Simply click to “Join the Meeting” link in the email sent prior to class. You will be prompted to download and install the Zoom app so we recommend doing this prior to class. Once downloaded, open the Zoom program you will need to give Zoom access to your computer/phone microphone and camera. For demonstration classes, your microphone and video will be muted/turned off.  

It is YOUR responsibility to check your connection and tech set-up PRIOR to class start.  We are not able to assist with technical issues once the class starts.  If you are having difficulty, please contact Mrs. Dornberg PRIOR to the class.  

Virtual doors open 15 minutes prior to class start and will close once class starts, so make sure you arrive on time! During this pre-class time, Mrs. Dornberg is available to answer any general cooking-related questions you may have!

Please note, registration is per screen. DO NOT SHARE THE LINK. You will need to provide the customer name or confirmation code when joining the class.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  By registering for a cooking class or event, I fully understand, acknowledge and accept that the class or classes I am registering to take with Mrs. Dornberg’s Culinary Experience are for the purpose of learning to cook, which involves preparing, cooking and sampling food. Given the common dangers and use of tools and cooking instruments in a kitchen, I agree to hold harmless Mrs. Dornberg’s Culinary Experience, its employees, owners, chefs, food preparers, attorneys and assigns, from any and all liability, loss, claim, demand, action or cause of action which arises or may arise or be occasioned in any way by my participation in any class, including but not limited to, slips, falls, cuts, burns, choking, food allergy reactions and other accidents and injuries that may arise from the activity of cooking and eating the food prepared in classes or events.  I understand that hands-on classes will involve food preparation and handling and that I am ultimately responsible for maintaining the quality of the food I prepare, cook and eat during any class.

MEDIA RELEASE:  Mrs. Dornberg’s Culinary Experience reserves the right to use and reproduce any and all photographs or videotapes taken during your participation in any activity related to Mrs. Dornberg’s Culinary Experience for the purposes of promotion, advertising, and public relations.  By registering for a class, you consent to be photographed or videotaped. If you do not wish to be photographed or videotaped, please notify Mrs. Dornberg’s Culinary experience.

All classes require pre-registration and payment. Cash, Check and Major Credit Cards accepted.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
