A note from Mrs. Dornberg

Suffering from a chronic illness myself, I know firsthand the overwhelm, confusion, and difficulty of that struggle.  It was by taking a Food As Medicine approach that I finally regained my health, and I am now focused on helping you on your healing journey.


I want you to be able to manage and maybe even reverse your symptoms so you can have more energy and a better quality of life without medication side effects, feel deprived, or spending hours in the kitchen (unless you want to!).  I believe that if you EAT WELL YOU WILL BE WELL.


I am your guide in navigating the confusing field of health and wellness.  I don’t just help you know WHAT to eat; I show you WHY it is important and HOW TO prepare those foods to fit your individual needs and lifestyle.  


Since healing and behavior change does not happen overnight, I have created the Kitchen Prescription community as an easily accessible way to learn and implement healthy behaviors on a schedule and timeline that works for you!
