Oat milk has become very popular lately as a dairy-free alternative to traditional milk. It is also perfect for those with nut allergies. Yes, there are many brands on the market that are made from clean ingredients, however, it is so QUICK and EASY to make it yourself! You will save yourself money and reduce waste! Plus, you can flavor and sweeten to your taste! Give it a try and let me know how it goes!!!

There really isn't a recipe.  The general rule of thumb is 1 cup oats blended with 4 cups of water to yield about 1 quart of milk.  Milk will keep about 5 days refrigerated or can be frozen up to 1 month.
