Meal Prep: Mason Jar Salads


Salad is a GREAT way to get in plenty of colorful vegetables daily, but many don't have (or want to) drag all the ingredients out every day to prepare them fresh!  

During the January 14, 2023 cook along I demonstrated a way to batch prep salad so it will not get soggy and is ready to grab and go for a quick lunch!  Below is the excerpt from the full video where this is discussed.  I have also added some graphics and printable charts to serve as a blueprint for this process!  

In addition, I have included how to make a mason jar soup!  (No more unhealthy instant soup in a cup!)
