Spinach artichoke dip is popular during the holidays, but most recipes are not that healthy.

Adding beans ramps up the protein and nutritional content without sacrificing flavor! Unless you tell your guests, they won't even know they are in there!

A word of caution, make sure you are careful what you serve WITH the dip! Instead of highly processed crackers or white bread crostini, choose organic corn tortilla chips or another healthy options! OR just eat it on its own!!
