Cooking Class: Asian Egg Drop Soup

Recipes, Soup/Stew

Egg Drop soup is a take-out favorite, but it is simple to make at home with just a few simple ingredients!

When you order this soup out it is likely loaded with sodium and other additives because most restaurants use bouillon cubes and not homemade stock.  Using your homemade chicken bone broth will not only give you a better taste, but you will reap the nutritional benefits!

This soup is one that does not follow the "formula" since it does not have any of the traditional aromatic or other ingredients.  However, it is SO SIMPLE that you can whip it up in 15 minutes for a quick lunch or even a snack!
