Cooking Class: Beet Veggie Burger

Recipes, Vegetarian

Veggie burgers and "fake" meats are all the rage, but most options available are less than healthy.

Made from scratch, a veggie burger is a GREAT way to pile on the nutrients and "hide" things from those picky eaters!

This one is loaded with veggies (beets & carrots), healthy fats (sunflower and sesame seeds), nutrients (flaxseed, Nutritional yeast), and is bean free!  Coarsely grind the mixture for added texture or finely grind to "hide" all the goodness from those "picky eaters"!

You can eat it as your main dish as it is full of protein or use it as a side to your regular grilled or cooked meats.  Enjoy!
