Cooking Class: Cast Iron Barbecue Ribs

If you love fall off the bone tender ribs, you MUST give this method a try!  

Using your cast iron skillet ensures even cooking and creates a caramelized, deep flavor.  The onions provide a flavorful base and a tasty topping to the finished ribs!  

Once the ribs are cooked, you can finish off in the oven or on the grill using your favorite barbeque sauce (bonus points if you make your own! See below for a few recipes.)
