Trying to reduce your carb intake or looking for new ways to use cauliflower?

In this recipe, cauliflower rice is used in place of regular rice to make a quick, delicious, and nutritious dish!  You can serve it on its own or as a side.  


P. S. Although pre-made cauliflower rice, either fresh or frozen, is convenient, it is easy to make it yourself!  Check out the video to learn how!
