Looking for an alternative to your morning yogurt or oatmeal??  Give Chia Pudding a try!!

Chia seeds are full of protein, healthy fiber, and gut healing properties.  They are a great addition to any diet, but can be a little hard in raw form. By blending them to make a pudding, they soften and thicken creating a creamy, delicious result! You can leave plain and top with fruit or add some cacao and make a chocolate version!  Top with some fresh berries and chopped nuts for even more nutritional goodness.

They are also a healthy substitute for your after dinner ice cream! Enjoy!
