Cooking Class: Classic Bolognese Sauce


This Classic Bolognese sauce is so simple & delicious that you might think you are at your favorite Italian bistro!

This is one of my favorite make-ahead recipes to have stocked in the freezer for when things get hectic!  All you need to do is cook up some pasta, veggie noodles, or spaghetti sauce and heat the sauce!  Add a side salad or green vegetable of choice and you have a well-rounded, nutritious meal within minutes!
