Cooking Class: Greek Chicken Burgers

This is one of my favorite go-to recipes!  It is simple, flavorful, perfect to make ahead, delicious, and GOOD FOR YOU!  

The key to success with this one is using the highest, most flavorful ingredients available especially for the olives and feta.  (If you prefer you can omit the olives and/or feta.)

Although they are called burgers, they DO NOT NEED A BUN!  Serve them along side your favorite vegetable or whole grain side and top with some Tzaziki or Roasted Red Pepper Dip if you like.  You can even crumble over your favorite salad for added protein.
