Cooking Class: Hemp, Flax, and Chia Breakfast Pudding

Are you struggling with finding a breakfast option that is simple and healthy?  Are you tired of oatmeal, yogurt, and smoothies?  Are you starving an hour after eating breakfast?

If you said yes to any of these questions, or if you just want something different, this breakfast pudding is for you!

As I have mentioned many times, the ideal breakfast has a combination of protein, healthy fat, and fiber.  Well, this recipe HAS IT ALL!  PLUS, the hemp, flax, and chia are BURSTING with antioxidants, vitamins, and Omega-3 fatty acids!  Add some fresh fruit and/or nuts, and you have a POWER breakfast that will hold you for hours!!

If that wasn't enough, it is SO SIMPLE to prepare.  Just grab a 16-ounce mason jar with a lid, add the ingredients, and refrigerate overnight.  IT IS THAT EASY!

Depending on the milk you use, it will keep up to 7 days in the refrigerator, but I think you will devour it well before then.

ALL of the ingredients are staples of a healthy pantry, so you should have them on hand already.  If not, grab them during your next shopping trip!

My husband LOVES taking this to work for his morning breakfast.  I think it will soon become a favorite for you, too!
