Cooking Class: Lentil Bolognese

You have probably guessed lentils are a favorite of mine!! They are just so versatile and nutritious! This Bolognese is rich, delicious, and full of plant goodness!  

Most of the items are pantry staples, so this is a great default meal.  PLUS, it freezes GREAT, so double up on the recipe and be prepared when you are too “busy” to make something fresh!  

For even more nutritional benefits serve topped with Dairy-Free Parmesan (check out this post to make your own) or just plain nutritional yeast and a generous sprinkle of fresh, chopped herbs!!
