Cooking Class: One Bowl Gluten-Free Banana Bread

Cooler weather means baking!  However, we still want to make sure we keep it healthy since the cooler weather also means it is harder to lose excess weight!  

This one-bowl banana bread recipe is the perfect answer!  It a simple, but healthy, version of the not always healthy favorite!  Although the flax and nuts are optional, they will help boost the nutritional value and add beneficial protein and healthy fats. If you are using super ripe bananas you may be able to reduce the sweetener amount or omit it all together!
