Pasta e Fagioli Soup is an Italian classic that is simple, delicious, and nutritious!

Like all soup, it can easily be adapted to fit your dietary preferences and what you have on hand.  Traditionally made with Italian sausage, it is just as delicious without.  The same goes for the pasta.  

It was a huge hit when we made it during a member cook-along last year.  In case you missed that session or just want a refresher check out the video and make a batch yourself!
