Cooking Class: Port Wine Cheese Log

Cheese logs or balls are popular additions to many holiday tables.  They are easy to find in any grocery cheese counter.  BUT, these premade options can contain excess sodium, sugars, additives, and lower quality cheese.

The good news is making your own is SIMPLE!  Just mix a few ingredients in a bowl, form into a log, roll in nuts/seeds/herbs, and you are ready to go!!  If you don't have port or don't want to add alcohol, you can leave it out.

Make that cheese platter EXTRA special with homemade crackers!  Enjoy!
