Cooking Class: Rhubarb-Blueberry Grain-Free Pie

Desserts can still be part of a healthy diet, you just need to make sure you balance fat, fiber, and protein with the sweet components!

This crust is full of good fats with walnuts, almonds, flax seed, and coconut oil. The filling uses honey and maple syrup as sweeteners and plenty of fiber rich blueberries and rhubarb! Give it a try and let me know what you think!!
