Fresh pineapple is a good source of Bromelain a natural enzyme that helps digest proteins.  Combining the pineapple with anti-inflammatory turmeric and blood stabilizing cinnamon, makes a super powered treat!  

Perfect on its own or as a topping to yogurt, oatmeal, or even ice cream.
