This is one of my FAVORITE RECIPES!! Whenever I have a spaghetti sauce and fresh tomatoes, this is my go-to! On its own, it is vegetarian and vegan if you omit the cheese, but for those omnivores out there, you can use it as a side dish. Naturally gluten-free and low in carbs, this is perfect for those trying to adopt a healthier lifestyle!
