This salad combines a medley of in-season nutritional powerhouses -- strawberries, asparagus and radishes!! The combination of sweet and savory with the slight heat from the radish will make your taste buds sing!! Using tahini in the dressing adds a healthy dose of beneficial fat and vitamin E.  Looking for more protein?  Add in some blanched Edamame!

Tahini is a good source of calcium especially if you purchase an unhulled variety.*  The tahini dressing is great on anything!  Enjoy!
