This one pan meal is a delicious combination of sweet potatoes, black beans, quinoa and spices.  It is perfect for as we transition from summer to fall!  

Top it all off with some avocado which is full of healthy fat that will help your body better absorb all the nutrients!! This one is SO good, be sure to give it a try!!
