Cooking Class: Tofu Marsala

For anyone who is vegan or vegetarian or just is trying to include more plant proteins into their diets, this Tofu Marsala is a must try!!    

One of the keys to success is pressing the tofu prior to cutting and using.  Refer to the video below for details.   

This recipe relies on just a few ingredients so make sure you get the best quality you can find especially with the Marsala wine.  Since Marsala is fortified it will last for months in your cabinet unlike regular wines which can oxidize rather quickly.
