Many people think that burgers are not a part of a healthy diet.  It is true that many burgers, especially those containing processed ingredients or purchased at fast food restaurants, are a source of inflammation.  

However, making your own burgers and including NUTRITIOUS additions is actually a good choice!  In this recipe, ground turkey is mixed with blueberries and oatmeal to great a nutrient-dense, but so delicious, outcome!
