Cooking Class: White Bean & Roasted Red Pepper Dip

This is a SUPER simple dip with only 4 main ingredients - roasted red pepper, cooked white beans, olive oil, and paprika!  

It is perfect as a snack with veggies or healthy chips, as a spread on a sandwich or wrap, tossed with steamed or roasted vegetables, or even thinned with broth and heated for a quick soup!
