Cooking Class: Roasted Grape, Apple and Cranberry Sauce

How To, Recipes, Sides

Looking for a lower sugar added cranberry sauce?  In this recipe, naturally sweet grapes and apple are combined with the tart cranberries for a perfect combination.  Roasting not only softens the fruit but brings out even more of that natural flavor!  Adding coconut oil helps your body absorb the fat-soluble vitamins as well as helps to buffer the effect of the sugars on the body.  Depending on your taste and the ripeness of the fruit, you can add a bit of natural sweetener like maple syrup or honey to finish things off.  Enjoy!
