Looking for a healthier alternative to the traditional sweet potato casserole topped with sugary marshmallows? This variation combines sweet potatoes with natural maple syrup, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg and tops it off with a healthy oat, pecan, and almond crumble.  You can even prepare this several days in advance and just heat and serve!
